Subscription

In the "License" tab, you will find all essential information about your Digital Twin subscription. Here are the details you can view and manage:

License Identifier:

• A unique code assigned to your license for identifying the subscription in our system.

License Status:

• Active: The license is active, and you have access to all Digital Twin features.
• Inactive: The license is paused, and access is disabled. Project data is stored for 3 months.

Price:

• Displays the cost of your subscription, billed according to the chosen payment method.

Next Payment Date:

• Indicates when the next subscription payment is due, helping you keep track of payment dates and ensure uninterrupted access.

Subscription Management:

Cancel Subscription:

• End your subscription (except for the Enterprise package). Access will be disabled after cancellation.

Renew Subscription:

• If your subscription is inactive, you can reactivate it here to regain access to all Digital Twin features (except for the Enterprise package).

NOTE:

• The Enterprise subscription cannot be canceled or renewed directly through the platform. Please contact us for assistance.
