Subscription

In the "License" tab, you will find all essential information about your Digital Twin subscription. Here are the details you can view and manage: 

 

 License Identifier: 

 

 A unique code assigned to your license for identifying the subscription in our system. 

 

 

 License Status: 

 

 Active : The license is active, and you have access to all Digital Twin features. 

 Inactive : The license is paused, and access is disabled. Project data is stored for 3 months. 

 

 

 Price: 

 

 Displays the cost of your subscription, billed according to the chosen payment method. 

 

 

 Next Payment Date: 

 

 Indicates when the next subscription payment is due, helping you keep track of payment dates and ensure uninterrupted access. 

 

 

 Subscription Management: 

 Cancel Subscription: 

 

 End your subscription (except for the Enterprise package). Access will be disabled after cancellation. 

 

 

 Renew Subscription: 

 

 If your subscription is inactive, you can reactivate it here to regain access to all Digital Twin features (except for the Enterprise package). 

 

 

 NOTE: 

 

 The Enterprise subscription cannot be canceled or renewed directly through the platform. Please contact us for assistance.
